When you first join our community, you may be prompted to register through facebook/twitter. (You may not be able to access this Website’s/App’s features without registering an account). You retain all rights and ownership in your content. Urnovl.co does not claim any ownership rights in your content. However you are required to grant a limited licence to Urnovl.co and others users of the service(outlined below in Licence to your Content and Accesing and Sharing your Content)
- Collaborations:
By submitting content as a coauthor, you agree to be bound by the rules and licenses set by the first author of that content.
- License to Your Content:
Even though we don’t claim ownership of your content, we do need certain licenses to your content in order to operate and enable the Services/App. When you upload or submit content to our Services, you grant Urnovl.co (and our parents and affiliates) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to communicate, distribute, host, make modifications or derivative works (solely for the purpose of better showcase your work), publicly display, publicly perform, publish, reproduce, store, and use such content. The license granted by you or the license you have agreed to comply in the content of the first coauthor, is for the only purpose of operating, marketing, promoting, and improving our Services/Apps.
We will attribute to you if we incorporate your content into a Urnovl.co feature or into promotional or marketing materials.
- Accessing and Sharing Your Content:
By submitting your content to our Services, you also give other Urnovl.co users the right to access and share your content via various social medial platforms integrated with Urnovl.co.
Our Service/App may also provide ways for you to limit the scope of use and access and other user’s access and use of your content (such as allowing you to make your content available under Creative Commons licenses). You are responsible for determining the limitations that are placed on your content and for applying the appropriate level of access to your content. We do not monitor or control what others do with your content. - Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold Urnovl.co, its licensors, employees, sponsors, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, service providers and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) the Content you submit, post or make available through the Service, (ii) your use of the Service, (iii) your breach of any of the representations and warranties herein or (v) the infringement or violation by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Purchases
- Paid Content:
In addition to Free Content which is publicly available,the Service may, but is not obligated to, permit users to post Paid Content that may only be accessed after payment of a specified amount of Virtual Currency/tokens.
In the Service you may purchase, with “real world” money, a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use (a) “virtual currency”, including but not limited to virtual cash or tokens, only usable inside the website/app; (b) “virtual goods(paid content)” (together with “virtual currency”, “Virtual Goods”); and (c) other goods or services (“Merchandise”). You are only allowed to purchase Virtual Goods from Urnovl.co or our authorised partners through the Service, and not in any other way.

The transfer of Virtual Goods and Merchandise is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the Service. You shall not sell, redeem or otherwise transfer Virtual Goods or Merchandise to any person or entity, including but not limited to Urnovl, another user or any third party, (unless authorised by the Service)
ALL PURCHASES AND REDEMPTIONS OF THIRD PARTY VIRTUAL CURRENCY MADE THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
The provision of Virtual Goods for use in the Website/App is a service provided by Urnovl.co that commences immediately upon accepting your payment.
- Fees and taxation:
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you. Urnovl.co may revise the pricing for the goods and services offered through the Service at any time. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT URNOVL.CO IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS IF AND WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.
Violation of Intellectual property rights
Urnovl.co respects copyright and intellectual property rights. Some rights of the authors and their content submitted on the site are transferable according to their respective creative commons licence chosen by the author.
If you notice that your content and or any part of the Urnovl.co website/app is subject to copyright infringement, you should immediately file a notice at support@urnovl.co along with necessary proof and explanation to support your allegation.
Urnovl.co may suspend or terminate any account that is suspected of copyright infringment without notice.
